Whether simply browsing the website, placing your order or asking advice on the best product to suit your needs Japeto aims to make things as simple and as uncomplicated as possible. Once you have ordered your goods you can rest assured that as long as you ordered them prior to 1pm you will receive them the NEXT working day. Not only that, but all Japeto branded products* will arrive in their own heavy duty canvas storage bag packed inside a beautifully presented card box. Whether its a present for someone else, or maybe an essential purchase for you personally, Japeto aims to make sure the experience of receiving your tools is as pleasurable as possible. After all, as the saying goes...look after your tools and they will look after you (and your garden!).

All Japeto products come with a 1 year guarantee. That is to say, if the product has been operated correctly and stored in an appropriate way and it fails, Japeto will replace that product free of charge providing the product is returned to us along with a proof of purchase.

*Exceptions to this are the longer products such as the extendable fruit picker, extendable lopper, planting spacer, and any unbranded products.
