How to order

Ordering from Japeto is simple and can be done in a number of ways:

On the website...

Simply find the product you would like to buy on the Japeto website, go to the product page, select your quantity required from the drop down and click 'Add to bag'. From that point, you can continue shopping or simply checkout. The checkout process is simple and you are prompted for details every step of the way. Japeto is a fully secure website protected by 256 bit SSL encryption...not sure what that means? Well it means that your details are encryted by military grade security to keep your personal information as safe and secure as possible.

Over the phone...

If you prefer to talk to someone when placing your order then please call us on 01243 219912 and we will be delighted to take your order over the phone. Your payment will be processed through one of our secure credit card terminals.

Via email or post...

If you would like to order by post simply send us a letter along with a cheque for the required amount to the following address:

If ordering by email, please email sales@japeto.co.uk and state the products you would like to purchase. We will then reply and you can send a cheque in the post, complete payment over the phone or do a bank transfer.
