The ultimate one handed weeding hoe. It is as simple as that. This traditionally Japanese garden hoe is sharp, tough and versatile, and, like almost all Japanese garden tools, it is intuitive to use.

Often referred to as a ‘Gama hoe’, Razor hoe, Japanese weeding sickle or Japanese hand hoe, it has long been used in Japanese gardens as a dual function garden hand tool for slicing and weeding. The way the product is designed allows the gardener to be able to draw the hoe towards them with ease whilst slicing through the soil with the sharp carbon steel razor edge. The process of using this wonderful garden hand tool causes soil to either be earthed up with ease or weeds chopped through.
